這個看起來像是基因演算法 (GA)
你可以去網路上找有關Genetic Algorithm的書，
亦或到台大生工系童慶斌老師的站上下載，

匿名登入，去找啟發式演算法的資料夾，
適合度是我們使用者所定義的，
端視題目的需要而定，
比如說今天我要
Obj: min Z = x1 + x2
Constraint:
x1>0;
x2>0;
那我就會想用倒數來當fitness~
以上例子純屬解說，
那種題目是不需要用GA的~:p
