When you are talking about future, use the present(not will) after while.
ex. I'm going to toronto next week. I hope to see Tom while I'm there.
ex. What are you going to do while you are waiting?
這是grammar in use裡 unit 110上所說的
這例句和這用法 可能要改成
While he arrives, our ....is going to(取代will).....
