用在applet內用new Frame(or JFrame) 的方式，就會跳出新的執行視窗。
不過原本屬於applet的限制還是一樣有。(不能讀檔 etc)
不像applet的地方只有不是內嵌在網頁內而已，:)
還有和applet一樣，你把網頁關掉它就消失。
