[閒聊] 柯市長硬起來了 大直商業住宅何解?

好啦
我的理解就是台北市要開始抓,規定為商業用途,卻做住宅使用的屋主
事實上情形我看過去也維持至少10年之久了
大直居民我想應該不少屋主收到時會覺得莫名其妙吧
看到限期未改善罰鍰6萬-30萬應該嚇壞不少天龍屋主
話說,我的理解是,就去更改成商業用途
辦理房屋使用情形變更
繳商業用的稅金
其他應該跟原本一模一樣吧
不知道有沒有什麼要特別注意的地方,分享後想說看有沒有我沒注意到的地方

說實在,柯市長也是於法有據啦
看起來用詞也蠻強硬的
不知道房版各位怎麼看這件事

根據5月這筆房屋稅單,20坪的明水路10年屋,自住的房屋稅連一萬都不到呢
話說看起來不少商用的都是坪數較小的,1+1貌似蠻多的
真的改成商用,其實一年大概也只多個8000多1萬多
每個月攤起來其實也真的還好
不過應該不少屋主是比較脆弱一點
收到公文要抓就嚇到了,看到罰6萬連續開罰應該再驚一次
不過如果不是屯屋族,影響應該真的不大
