[問題] 自住與投資的迷思已回收
想請教一下版上先進
常會聽人家講:這房價是有點偏高了 但如果是買來自住的話還是可以買
我想問的問題是 假設覺得房價偏高 意思是預期他會跌
那既然預期他會跌 即便是想要自住 為何不等跌價在買?
假設現在某物件售價1000萬 預期其明年變900萬
即使要自住 等明年買也較划算是吧
但現實是 1.不知道明年會不會跌、就算跌不知跌多少?
2.這段期間的租屋成本
3.先買先享受 有屋住心情好
4.該物件很喜歡 貴一點沒關係 怕被買走
想請教前輩 購屋時自住與投資思考上的差異
