Hmmm...
I am a Taiwanese and now live in the United states.
My hair becomes dark red after exposed about 15-20 seconds per day
for a year.
(walking from parking lot to company under sun shine.)
So now my hair has dark red highlight.
(it is not dyed. Or I should say sunshine dyed for me.)
And my co-worker has blonde hair.
She said when she was a little girl, her hair is lighter
but as she grew up, her hair becomes darker and darker....
She wants to keep her shiny blonde hair so she keeps
on dying it...
