[心得]吃膩麥片也可這樣換口味

最近實在不知道要幫小孩準備什麼早餐
小孩上幼稚園後又加上懷孕根本累到沒時間早起準備
一大早趕上班送小孩多半時間都直接早餐店排外帶
或是讓小孩直接去吃幼稚園的早餐
(但其實她常常出門前就喊餓了...我是壞媽媽= =)
後來忘了在哪裡看到米森的業配還是廣告
覺得圖片看起來蠻好吃的XD
同事也說他家藍莓還蔓越莓的口味還不錯
但怕什麼莓什麼莓的我家女兒不吃
發現有腰果巧克力口味就直接買來試試
解決女兒早上準備出門的時光短暫卻需要止餓的問題
自己也順便控制一下醫生一直在提醒的孕期體重跟早餐店太油的問題

巧克力穀脆球+腰果+麥片和牛奶配起來蠻好入口的
但我女兒實在太喜新厭舊了
這樣的吃法過沒多久又和我說她不想吃(嘆)
看到有網友分享說加優酪乳或豆漿也可以
後來就嘗試用優酪乳 加進蘋果搭配
想說這樣會讓女兒覺得有不同顏色增加食慾一點XDDDD

結果小孩接受度很高
其實米森真的不太甜
也嘗試過加入有糖豆漿
因為夠甜所以女兒大愛
我自己怕胖所以多半加無糖豆漿或無糖優酪乳
然後抓一把好事多無調味堅果加入
咀嚼感瞬間提升
