[問題] 怎麼樣才可以讓漢堡排煎熟
昨天心血來潮做了漢堡排
一斤豬肉 半斤牛肉 半顆洋蔥 一點點麵包粉 鹽巴和黑胡椒
因為一個人吃所以沒考慮份量的問題
所以做了超大顆
大概一個10元厚

結果發現
超難熟
外面快焦了
裡面還是生的
因為我有包豬肉進去
也不能半熟
害我都要切一半然後再煎
寶貴的肉汁都跟我說拜拜了
要怎麼樣才可以讓他全熟?
先蒸熟在煎?
好想吃咬下去會噴汁的漢堡排
