[問題] 炸東西好油
這幾天突然想吃洋蔥圈
就炸了兩次
第一次沾麵粉 蛋液 麵包粉
要撈起來之前轉大火 之後還是很油
但二次直接用酥炸粉漿(有加一點油)
起鍋一樣好油
請問有什麼方法嗎
還是只能用餐巾紙吸油?
