[問題] 雞胸肉的便當菜
老公最近在重訓
問我是否可以每天幫他帶雞胸肉的便當菜
但是實在不知道到雞胸肉可以怎麼變化?
而且便當菜會微波 肉就會變硬
有什麼方法可以保持肉在加熱後還是軟嫩呢~?
請大家給我點意見
