[問題] 舒肥法先煎後舒肥
乳題
各位先進小弟想請問一下,如果我先把生牛肉表面煎過,產生梅納反應後,在把肉丟到舒
肥機裡,低溫熟成,這樣會有什麼結果?
肉汁會更完美的鎖在肉裡嗎??
