[問題] 紅酒壞了怎麼辦 [有點急]
繼上次問了怎麼速成後,經溝通已經達成了共識
然後我剛剛開始醃牛肉,倒完紅酒後發現有點不夠
就在櫃子裡翻到已開封的另一瓶紅酒
想說就用下去看看,結果倒到一半有渣出來
然後酒色混濁,才赫然發現這瓶疑似放很久了,感覺壞掉了
大概倒了不到一百毫升,其他都是正常紅酒,該怎麼處理,要整個醃料倒掉替換掉嗎
還是其實沒有什麼差,但那紅酒我也不知道放多久了,有點怕
