[問題] 大家都如何計算自己開伙的花費?
因為之前都是買菜回來兩三天就吃掉沒有這個煩惱,
但自從看了一本教人怎麼處理、保存食材的書之後,
開始習慣在冷凍庫冰一些萬用蔬菜和肉類,
但這樣一來反而很難算我一餐大概花了多少,
像是買了一塊起司分裝了非常多份,
沒壞的話,可能會吃好幾個月吧,
雖然盡量避免,但還是有沒保存好壞掉的食材,
大家會把他算進一餐的預算嗎?
光是記帳好像很難算清楚,
但我很想知道自己到底有沒有因為買了好材料,
反而花了比外食更多的錢,
大家有類似的心得可以分享嗎?
