[問題] 新鮮雞肉購買
小妹新手一枚,以前平均三個月煮一次
現在因為一些原因得自己每天煮午餐
最常做的料理是咖哩雞肉,雞肉來自全聯的里肌條
前天突然想挑戰煎雞腿排,下班就去了趟家樂福
看到家樂福有賣塑膠密封包裝的雞腿排,順手帶了一包
冷藏後隔天依照網路教學米酒與醬油醃了15分
還用刀子插了幾下方便入味,最後灑了胡椒粒
接著下鍋兩面都煎了七分有,還拿了筷子搓一下確定熟了才裝盤
但這一吃,發現腥味蠻重的,也不夠入味
再上網查一下發現醃不夠久可能雞肉也失去新鮮度了
因為我冷藏拿出來時發現雞肉偏白但聞起來沒怪味,不知是不是這原因
由於工作關係睡醒是下午、下班又是晚上十點後了,所以也趕不上市場
食材幾乎都只能透過超市買,葉菜類還能看得出新鮮度
但我真的比較不擅長肉類,希望各位前輩能提供一點心得
