[問題] 用牛奶煮玉米濃湯

想用以下現有食材煮玉米濃湯配下水餃
綠巨人玉米粒一罐
蛋很多顆
牛奶一瓶
洋蔥一顆
蓮藕粉一包
請問,我這樣對嗎:(兩人份)
1. 下水餃的熱湯拿來利用
2.下玉米罐頭和切成細絲的半顆洋蔥,煮軟
3. 下2顆蛋 ,攪拌成蛋花
4. 蓮藕粉加點水拌勻後加進去增加稠度
5.加牛奶煮到滾, 最後再加點鹽。
不知道用下水餃的湯對不對
還是應該全用牛奶就好
洋蔥可以這樣煮就好嗎
還是一定要先炒香,不然加了也沒意義?
調味料很陽春
只有白胡椒鹽,鹽巴,烹大師 這三種可選
再問,
下水餃的做法是這樣嗎:
1. 先煮半鍋水
2.水滾後滴幾滴油,下水餃
3.水再滾起來時,加一碗水再煮
4.水再滾時,再加水煮一次
5.這次滾了,就可以起鍋
