[閒聊] 大家選擇購買蔬菜的前提
不知道這問題放在這邊討論是否恰當
不合適的話會自刪
因為這幾年食安的問題
今年開始著手種菜
最主要是吃的安心
慢慢種出心得
加上冬天是蔬菜產量大出的季節
所以種的種類跟數量愈來愈多
目前種的有芫荽、塔菇菜、紅法師、茄子、紅&白蘿蔔
青江菜、小白菜、青江白菜、毛豆、青椒
、甜椒、糯玉米、甜玉米、奶油白菜、青花菜
白花椰、辣椒、九層塔、芹菜、大陸妹、高麗菜
茼萵、菠菜....
完全不使用農藥跟化學肥料
只用有機肥料跟人工除草的笨方法
想說有一天要申請有機認證
本以為這些拿去旗山市場賣應該銷路會不錯
而且葉菜類都是跟市場售價一樣一大把才20元
沒想到都是向熟人推銷才能賣出去
很想知道大家選擇購買蔬菜的前提
除了新鮮、便宜外還要具備什麼要素呢
可以提供給我參考嗎

謝謝大家提供給我的各種建議,之前賣玉米時有寫牌子,不過大家連看都不看,
可能在那裡就如各位所說的,都是直接向固定的攤位購買,後來是直接向熟人推銷,
因為吃起來口感不錯,所以他們會願意再回購,不過還是想開拓客源,不然到時候
我的大量蔬菜可能會銷不出去,可能會開始寫部落格介紹栽種過程吧,不過網路購買的
意願好像更低。
至於有機認證的費用真的太昂貴,所以暫不考慮,我只會想跟客人說這是採友善栽種的
無毒蔬菜,不會用「有機」這個詞,畢竟還是差一個認證,下次大豐收時會拍個照讓大家
