[問題] 用電磁爐很快就焦掉
大家好
小弟最近買了一台 TIH-S125A 的電磁爐
用的是大同六人用不鏽鋼內鍋
可是在煎蛋或是煎法式吐司之類的,鍋底都是一下就焦掉了,食材本身倒是沒那麼快焦
是因為我都用奶油、橄欖油之類的耐熱太低,還是內鍋其實太薄了??
