[問題] 香料烤雞,請問雞皮跟雞肉中間
初次嘗試香料烤雞,食譜說奶油香料粉最好塞入雞皮跟雞肉中間較入味,雞脖子處的破口
是可以塞入一些奶油香料沒錯,但因為雞皮跟雞肉沒辦法徹底分開,也沒辦法塞到很裡面
阿,請問雞皮跟雞肉到底要怎麼塞阿?
