[問題] 失敗的大黃瓜蝦子鑲肉
依照板上ir大分享的食譜做了黃瓜鑲肉
結果失敗了QQ
絞肉+蝦肉剁泥+醬油(少許,約玻璃米酒瓶蓋)+米酒(量同上)+麵包粉
用手抓混合均勻後放入黃瓜下去蒸30分鐘

成品出來變成肉泥如圖,只好把肉全挖掉單吃黃瓜
請問是哪邊需要改進呢?
