[問題] 豬肉切開後有膿?
今天切開豬肉後發現有類似膿的東西

可以擠出來…像是擠熟痘痘…
問了我媽他說他偶爾會遇到,但也是不知道是什麼…
想問版友這是什麼東西?是打針之類造成的嗎? 謝謝

我不太懂你第二句話的意思
附近肉攤買的,肉是整塊好好的,還滿大一塊的(200元)
我爸應該沒有特地去買肉商丟棄的雜肉?
之所以照片那樣是因為那是切掉要丟掉的部分
整塊時外觀上看不出來有異狀,是越切越細時才發現
因為我先切了1/5炒晚餐吃了 (這部分沒有異狀) 吃起來也沒有粉粉的
後來又處理剩下的部分再切開才發現
所以我想問popoan 你是說那一整塊是雜肉,
還是因為你看到碎肉才會認為那是雜肉?
假如是那一整塊通常是要被丟掉的部分,我會去跟我爸說別再跟那家買...
