[問題] 青菜湯怎麼煮才會好吃?
(誠意地問 請鞭小力點)
我目前的煮法是 用炒菜鍋煮湯
材料: 乾香菇一朵 (一人份)
蝦米少許
A菜一小把
油少許
芝麻油少許
1.乾香菇泡軟切絲,蝦米泡軟,A菜洗淨切小段
2.熱鍋熱油,分別加入蝦米,香菇絲炒香
3.下A菜,炒至半熟,加適量水成湯,加鹽調味
4.湯滾後熄火,淋上少許芝麻油,即可上桌。
味道還蠻好吃的,可是就是因為不是用肉類高湯或是柴魚高湯,
湯頭難掩A菜的澀。
想問問 什麼青菜或者什麼料 煮出來的青菜湯會比較好吃?
青菜湯的湯頭要好,重點是不是肉類高湯???
