[問題] 大骨旁的肉該怎麼解決
每兩週就會熬一次大骨湯,通常都六七小時,
但熬完之後骨肉分離,肉都沒有味道了,就這樣丟掉也好可惜,大家都會怎麼處理剩下的肉阿……?
