[問題] 不沾鍋煎煎餃大失敗><
前兩天用不沾鍋煎冷凍煎餃,鍋子熱後倒油,然後一直小火煎
完全沒做功課的我失敗了...全部糙黑搭
幾個問題想請教
1.想說用不沾鍋,所以油就只放一些,爬文後看說如果用新的煎還失敗
是該換鍋子了~恩,我的鍋子是便宜199,用過五次以內
所以到底是該要多加一點油還是換一個鍋子阿?
2.我家有低筋高筋麵粉,請問都可以嗎?比例多少比較好呢?1:4?
3.餃子下去後到底要不要用鍋鏟稍稍移動呢?
還是說水加下去後蓋上蓋子就不要理他了?
