[問題] 適合火鍋料的湯底/頭 (但不是火鍋)
這個問題不知道會不會很奇怪...
我很喜歡吃魚餃、(偽)蟹肉條、花枝丸、魚板...等等(加工)火鍋料
但如果不是吃火鍋 就不知道有什麼樣的湯適合煮這些來吃
如果一個人在家 有沒有哪些簡單的湯適合加入火鍋料呢?
(玉米湯會不會很怪?味增湯?青菜豆腐湯?)
