[問題] 多利魚的烹調方式
前陣子在costco買了一包多利魚片
裡面是四片真空包裝~~
原以為是很容易烹調料理的魚肉
沒想到目前煮了兩次都很挫折...
第一次
灑了鹽、胡椒香料等整片用橄欖油煎
第二次
切成小塊、沾蛋汁麵包粉做炸魚塊
論外型還OK,但口感整個很可怕就像「水水黏黏的膠狀物」
不管煮多久都無法變札實一點...
而且一開始解凍的時候也一直出水
請問大家多利魚要怎麼烹煮比較適合?
這種黏黏爛爛的口感是正常的嗎?
(剩兩片完全搞不定...還是放棄比較快)
