[問題] 炒美生菜
買了美生菜(應該是...囧) 可是家裡老爺不吃生的蔬菜
拿來當做一般青菜炒,口感和甜味是還OK 就是賣相不佳
好像綠葉青菜蒸過頭變黃黃的...可是它在炒鍋裡似乎略
過變深綠階段直接黃掉= ="
請問炒美生菜有什麼重點嗎?還是只要一炒就會變黃沒得救呢?
