[問題] 週末就把下一週的食材洗切好,這樣好嗎?
最近遇到一個問題,因我們夫妻工作越來越忙,下班回到家都約八點,
晚上回家後晚餐都買外面或是胡亂吃,發現身體開始有抗議的現象..
剛就在想,如果週末我就把下一週的食材備料好,菜先洗過並切過,放保鮮盒冷藏,
肉類則是滷一鍋或是(目前還沒想到).下班回家後, 只要熱鍋炒菜就好,
再加水果,應該飲食會均衡些.
只是想請問,像蔬菜洗切好放一週,營養會不會流失?
或是板上有忙碌的上班族,可以分享一下,下班後怎樣顧到飲食啊? 謝謝了~
