[食材] 綠竹筍
週末買了四隻綠竹筍
參考網路上眾人經驗冷水放入/煮滾後轉小火再滾30mins/放涼後移至冰箱
至今已經吃了兩餐沙拉筍了
的確又細又甜很受好評
但還有兩隻筍
也不想永遠吃沙拉筍
不知道這樣煮好的筍還可以拿來作什麼菜呢?
天氣太熱不想喝湯(而且不確定這樣蒸熟的筍還可以拿去再煮湯嗎?)
目前只想到竹筍炒肉絲XDDDDD
希望是不要太油的,盡量嚐到筍子甜味的料理(畢竟一斤130啊貴!)
