[問題] 炒蛋如何很蓬鬆又很黃?
今天到便當店看到 驚為天人!!
它的紅蘿蔔炒蛋
蛋竟然很蓬鬆 很黃 而且不太油!!
回想自己炒的不蓬鬆 又沒很黃 而已還有點焦焦的...
有人知道炒蛋的秘訣嗎?
難道一定要用超大火加很多油才有辦法嗎?
還是 它有加水 加太白粉?
但怎麼樣~也很難那麼黃呀...
