[問題] 蚵仔如何裹粉裹得漂亮
如題,外面蚵仔麵線或蔭鼓蚵,往往都有裹一層滑溜的粉
雖然知道那是地瓜粉,可是我卻怎麼裹都裹不勻
一下鍋就變成一堆糊狀凍狀的東西了 囧
應該怎麼樣才能把蚵包變成精瑩滑口的裹粉狀呢?
