[閒聊] 改善機車路權的方式
小弟騎車經歷只有一年多
不過覺得機車的路權真的被限制太大了
不知版上有如此感覺的人是否是多數?
我個人認為自己騎車是合格的:
轉彎打方向燈
不鑽車
不任意變換車道,變換車道打方向燈
騎車不快不慢(60-70km/hr左右)
夜晚及在山路隧道開燈
轉彎禮讓直行車
禮讓行人
停等紅綠燈不超出停止線
要臨停閃雙黃燈.....
因此我滿無法理解為何我騎車不能騎在內側車道(禁行機車道)
很多路不能直接左轉
不能騎上快速道路 等等
前兩個限制是我最無法認同的
不過後來想想,政府這樣打壓機車路權其實也不無道理
台灣地狹人稠,機車真的太多
在路上隨處都能看到白目不遵守交通規則的騎士
所以我也相信若完全開放機車路權
交通會變的更亂、車禍事故更頻繁
那只對特定人士開放機車路權如何??
我想了一段時間,大概想到幾種限制資格並附上理由:
1.取得駕照須滿三年以上 =騎車有基本的經驗
2.近三年未肇事(己方無責任的車禍不算) =騎車應是滿安全的
3.機車總里程數達1萬公里,且近三個月里程數超過100公里,二手車不包括取得前的
里程數=代表對自己的車有一定程度的熟悉,並排除符合第1.2項但平常根本沒騎車的人
4.近三個月內機車有達到80km/hr的紀錄 =此車在快速道路應能維持至少60km/hr
5.100cc以上 =確保機車高速行駛的穩定性
6.年齡須在65歲以下 =老人較無法應付突發狀況
滿足以上資格便能前往監理站檢驗資格
考過大型重機駕照筆試後
即能取得藍色車牌,其路權等同黃牌車
如此可以讓只買的起普通重機的人也能享有合理路權
雖然有許多繁雜的資格限制
但這是沒辦法的事
畢竟台灣用路人普遍素質不高
必須透過篩選
我想,達成以上資格的機車騎士可能只剩下10%
開放這些有素質的騎士享有完整路權
應不會使交通紊亂
以上是小弟的小小想法
不知各位覺得可不可行?(第3.4項可能只有新版的車有電腦系統可以檢驗)
