[問題] 功率計或固定式訓練台
本魯有個訓練上的問題想請版上的前輩給點建議,
在說明問題想先讓大家了解下我的狀況:
我想要在今年底或明年初參加些單車活動(挑戰武嶺),
但我目前能安排訓練的時間就是周間每天室內滾筒40-60分鐘,
加上週末的清晨戶外騎乘兩到三個小時,也就是每週約六個多小時的騎乘時間。
想要用功率訓練增加我的實力的話:
A)買功率計搭配現有的滾筒訓練
B)買有搭載功率計的訓練台
請問哪種方式比較適合我?
希望大家不要覺得我的問題很奇怪…
