[問題] 假日車手的訓練方案
各位前輩好
原po目前體重約82~85間浮動 騎16年的TCR adv2
身為一個假日車手 目前假日偶爾騎觀音山/羅馬公路/巴陵
今年被朋友騙去報名賽事
西濱200k約8hr完賽
三峽練五宮約4hr10min完賽
然後再看看朋友的成績
有一種被虐的感覺
基於一種不想輸那麼多的心態
我也很認真地思索是否有可能再下班後出去練車
但平常快9pm到家 若再出去騎車會導致睡眠時間不足
又剛好前些日子 板上的前輩分享了一些運用訓練台的心得
讓我想到 假如我利用訓練台 + Zwift的訓練課程
是否適合現在的我呢?
又或者是現在的階段 有什麼比較建議的訓練方式呢
