想必各位鄉民一定有那種騎到快掛點 肚子又餓的要死
體力都快被榨乾....怎踩都踩不下去的時候
你累了嗎???
來罐可樂吧
可樂是吸收很快的能量來源
有看過環法選手整隊邊騎邊喝可樂的嗎 XD
我個人覺得是非常的好用
香蕉也是很棒的補給品,又能止餓
而且當中含大量的鉀..可以預防抽筋
以上.... 我腿要爆炸了= =
