[訓練] 變強的訓練方式?
小弟180cm 73kg
以大前或中鋒為主
但卻一直覺得自己爛的可以,雖然隊友都說還不錯
想請問的問題如下...
1.不敢切入
只要遇到身高跟自己差不多就會不敢切
然後就會犯一個老毛病就是立刻急停跳投...
一打算認真切就會因為沒有收球而被拍掉
到底高身高速度慢該怎麼調整自己的動作?
2.不敢硬撞
這問題真的滿白癡的,
我不喜歡打硬球,所以在籃下都打很保守不敢硬撞
很怕撞到人家很.....這是我自己的問題嗎?
3.隊友被守時的妙傳
假設隊友被敵人守,但速度比敵人快
當要傳給他讓他上籃時到底要傳地板球還是傳胸口比較好
我想變強...感恩!!
