[問題] 磅蛋糕吃起來粉粒感?(新增切面圖)
做了一款抹茶磅蛋糕
材料如下
低粉100g 蛋2顆 砂糖100g 奶油100g 抹茶粉8g 紅豆餡和核桃少許
180'c 40min (後來覺得有點太久了)
味道不錯 但吃到口中後蛋糕就會碎掉有明顯的顆粒感
跟想像中綿密的感覺不太一樣
請問有什麼方式可以改進呢?
