[麵包] 烤完後麵包很乾是哪裡出了問題
材料:
高筋麵粉 250g
鹽 3.5g
糖 20g
酵母 3g
微溫牛奶 180cc
老麵 50g
無鹽奶油 15g
烤箱溫度:
烤箱上火200、下火220,烘烤8分後,調降溫為上火200、下火180。再烘烤3分
成品烤出來後有點乾
想問各位是哪個細節出問題了
