[問題] 馬卡龍空心原因?
繼上次的法式馬卡龍失敗,這次嘗試義式馬卡龍…
打完義式蛋白霜時頓時心情大好!辦完麵糊時覺得已經聞到成功的味道了,風乾一陣子後,送進烤箱烤時表面沒有裂痕,覺得應該是成功了,結果出爐放涼後一拿起來是空心的… 為什麼…
