[問題] 藍莓果醬很水
最近開始煮藍莓果醬
材料就冷凍藍莓和糖而已
糖量是藍莓重量的40%
一開始藍莓加糖,放一小時讓它出水
之後開始煮,滾到105度關火
只是煮出來都很水
請問怎樣才能讓它稠稠的?
