[問題] 如何做出軟軟的台式麵包
各位前輩好
最近迷上了烘焙,是新手中的新手
做了台式蔥花麵包
剛做起來鬆軟可口,但早上吃就變成紮實的口感了@@
配方如下

其實我也有試過多加一點水
但麵團就會變成癱軟不成團
試了幾次一直做不出來
只好來請教各位先進了
