[問題] 帶蓋吐司的烤色 怎樣才會好看?
各位達人好!
小妹我最近迷上烤帶蓋吐司 之前都是烤沒蓋山型土司
遇到了一個問題想請教大家
帶蓋吐司烤了35~40分鐘左右 打開蓋子會覺得吐司顏色太白
於是我就開蓋烤 烤了5分鐘之後 上面顏色變成金黃
但是脫模後只有上面金黃 XD 其他面都還是偏白
請問怎樣可以讓帶蓋吐司六面烤色平均?
是脫膜之後還要各面再烤一烤嗎? @@" (也太麻煩了)
其實山型吐司也是有一樣的問題 上面總是會比側面焦色一點
吃起來是很好吃啦 白白的也很好吃
只是...有點龜毛想讓它更好看一點!
