[問題] 磅蛋糕疑問 單條與雙條問題
今天想問單條蛋糕與雙條蛋糕同時做時 該如何烤出一樣的蛋糕

這是我單做一條時的切面

這是直接做兩條時的切面
做單條時沒有問題
但做兩條時切面就會這樣濕濕的感覺
我做兩條時配方直接乘2沒有任何改變
打發秒數也沒有改變 烘烤時間也是一樣
請問是哪裡出了問題呢
兩條同時做時是否要改變什麼才能烤的像單條一樣成功~~
