[問題] 做麵包可以不加鹽?糖?奶油?
近陣子買了一台105T麵包機..
完全都是按照廠商送的食譜下去做..
大部分都不會失敗~~~
可是總覺得不論那一種麵包要放的鹽,奶油和糖份量都蠻多的..
想請教高手,用麵包機做麵包可以完全不放鹽,或不放糖,或不放奶油嗎??
三擇一,三擇二,或可以全不放??
那一種是發酵一定要有的??
我不太追求軟的口感~~本來就比較喜歡歐式麵包稍硬的口感...
所以如果口感差一點,我應該也可以接受啦,不過不要硬如石頭就是了^^///
