[問題] 新手使用攪拌機一直失敗
我們家最近買了一台賀冠10公升的攪拌機,
自己做了好幾次麵糰,但都已失敗收場,
無法到達拉出薄膜的程度,
而且打了30分鐘後溫度會上升,
到50分時麵糰還是很黏鋼盆跟超黏手,
麵糰溫度也蠻高的,
請問大家這是加奶油的時機,還是需要冰水??
又或是機器的問題呢?
有爬過文了但還是不太明白,謝謝大家
