The Parties shall determine the kind and proportion of contribution to be
allocated to particular capitals of the Joint Venture.
我個人翻為:
對於合資特定資本(?)，雙方應訂立營利種類以及收益比率。
對於商業法 意義上不是很了解，請教學有專精的高手。
