Ok a friend of mine says
that if you summon rat and use its eff,
that you can activate WU factory as chain link 2. Is this true?

seriously guys why do you post on this if you have no clue... ? -.-
Basically
it is like this stephan:
Magician and factory each start a new chain
after the resolution of the windup effect that triggered them.
But you can put them in any chain order if both are triggered
(example if magician and factory are faceup
and a windup eff is activated yo
u can then form a new chain with mag cl1 and factory cl 2
so that you get shark to hand before magician specials a monster
and can then special the shark in response)
But factory never CHAINS to a windup effect that was activated
to trigger its eff
看來可以隨意排嗎?
