目前看出bug的情形：
1.loading圈圈在轉的時候強制關機
2.開切割螢幕，loading時連入第二個xbox live id
上面這點也有人說開切割就reset，但沒有講詳細情形
還有一個剛剛看到的
Dude, I have the same problem. My connection doesn't automatically sign me in
to xbox live. I then pressed start and tried to play a versus match and it
came up that I had to sign in to xbox live. When I did, I was returned to the
main menu and when I pressed start, my rank was reset, all my medals and
ribbons were gone and all that was left was my leader board stats. I am so
dishearten and can't acquire an xp as it still appears as 0. I have just
given up on the game in fear that this will happen again. I hope that epic
will fix this and ammend my medals, rank and ribbons.
live id沒有自動登入xbox live，遊戲通知要登入，登入後回到主畫面
...........就reset
當然以上的情形不是每個這麼作的人都會遇到bug
不過最好還是小心一點
loading的時候就不要亂動
離開遊戲就回到開始畫面再離開
要是跟我一樣loading的時候死當........那就看運氣吧= =
昨天打給xbox的客服了，是個大陸腔很重的女生
不過很有禮貌，一直說很抱歉讓你遇到這樣的情形。
之後跟我要的live id，mail到我信箱。
信中說要我附照片...
我就把我25及成就解過的照片、及50及成就只解到lv2的照片都寄出去
我當然知道會有人說可能是不同時間照的，
但是這也代表我曾經"超過"25級，現在卻只有2級的事實
哀..........講這麼多，看論壇快150篇也沒人出來說他解決了，
真是心灰意冷............
反正nba 2k12就要出了......只能這樣想了

有人懷疑說reset要懲罰cheater，但是沒有人出來澄清或說明
而且我覺得很多好好玩遊戲的人就這樣被懲罰了......sigh
