[討論] 吃飽站著會瘦嗎
最近因為工作關係,都忙到沒時間吃飯,有時候只能趁空檔休息時間吃點東西,
除了上廁所的時候,幾乎沒有走動的時間,
上次剛好去做全身健康檢查才發現自己的體脂肪過高,幾乎都是囤積在下半身,
肚子跟大腿特別明顯,不知道是不是因為吃飽都坐著的關係,還是說你們吃飽飯會起來走走嗎?
我自己午休時間除了吃飯其他時間會拿來小睡一下,
有聽說吃飽飯半小時內不要坐著,身體代謝會降低,
雖然有時候會去公園跑步,但好容易被天氣影響,
之前去WG運動有瘦些,不過後來瘦的速度很慢,
想說改變一些生活習慣看看,大家有啥好建議嗎?
