之前因為想找點事做所以找了教練上十二週的健身房一對一課程
現在課程上完,用過的器材也大致知道該怎麼用
本想說之後就加入家附近的健身房自行練習
但教練課結束之後我發現我就沒什麼動力再去了
一來我很討厭健身房那種男性佔多數的環境
二來我本來就對自己的身體滿意
重訓之後也沒什麼不ok的但就沒想繼續追求下去
(主要是還要搭配飲食控制實在很煩,
我又不減肥還不能想吃啥就吃啥,不想吃就不吃讓我覺得煩)
想請問大家如果對自己的身材滿意還會有動力去重訓嗎?
(我不滿意的地方例如身高都不是能靠重訓改善的)
