[討論] 女生減肥是不是都很少重訓
好像大部分女生減肥都是跑步,節食,
飛輪,吃減肥藥
有作重訓也是作超輕重量
不過節食過度的話代謝會變低
之後吃多ㄧ點就變更胖
有肌肉,基礎代謝就高
每天幫你燃燒一堆熱量,保護骨頭
吃多也不怕(但要健康)
雖然女生睪固酮是男生1/20
要有肌肉很難
但時間拉長來看,cp值應該不錯
最好多練腳,腳的肌肉很多
重訓ㄧ開始都會痠到手伸不直
不過作久就沒這麼痠了
那種ㄧ週可以重訓6天的人真的很有毅力
